You know as we get older (Shhhhhhhh) DEATH becomes a lot more noticeable in our lives. I have come to realize that there are many of us out there that have REGRETS about those loved ones who have been relocated to heaven. We may have the notion that "IF I HAD ONLY BEEN THERE..." just like Lazarus's sister Mary in the Bible. Or "IF I HAD IT TO DO ALL OVER AGAIN, I WOULD HAVE..." Let me assure you that there is absolutely NOTHING that we could have done to have changed the outcome!!!
I can boldly make that statement because of what Jesus said in John 14:2,3
"There is more than enough room in My Father's house. If it were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I WILL COME and GET YOU, so that you can be with Me where I am."
God numbered every day of our lives BEFORE we were every born. Human Drs. can only give us a GUESS-TIMATION based on scientific and medical facts. God declares when we take our last breath!
So... if someone you love has PASSED ON... miss their physical presence in your life but be thankful that they are now in the presence of God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and the holy host of heaven.
This photo was made at the Holy Land Experience in Orlando, FL just prior to Kaye's death. It was our last vacation together after 30 years of friendship. If you look closely... you will see the HAND OF JESUS reaching out to her. (Don't worry it was just a CUT OUT!!!) However; the morning that she relocated she told me that she saw Jesus and she had to go!!! We had this little joke that "It wasn't over till the FAT LADY SANG" and she would always say... "I'm NOT SINGING!!!" Well just TODAY (Sept 30, 2013) I realized that she WAS SINGING her mother's favorite song right before she took her last breath. She said Jesus, Jesus....Jesus
